Refund policy

CYCLING GEAR HUB LLC, operating Cycling Gear Hubs, accepts returns of both defective and non-defective products under the terms below. We provide direct exchanges and refunds, and we pay the shipping costs for approved returns and exchanges.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after the product is delivered. To begin, email support@cyclinggearhubs.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

After we authorize the request, the product must be sent back within 14 calendar days. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Please do not send a product before receiving authorization.

Return Eligibility

  • Defective and non-defective products are accepted.
  • Original packaging is not required.
  • For a non-defective return, the product should be returned with all included parts and in a condition suitable for inspection.
  • There is no restocking fee.
  • CYCLING GEAR HUB LLC pays approved return and exchange shipping costs.

Return Form

Open, download, and print the Return Form. Complete the form and include it with the authorized return when requested.

Direct Exchanges

You may request a direct exchange during the 30-day return window. After approval, we will provide a prepaid return label and arrange the replacement. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to select another available item or receive a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will process an approved refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we issue the refund, your bank or card issuer may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds to your account.

Cancellations and Order Changes

You may request cancellation before the order ships. Address changes and other order changes must be requested through customer service and can be completed only before shipment. Contact us promptly; once an order has shipped, the return or exchange process above applies.
