Do you charge for shipping?
No. Standard shipping is free to deliverable addresses throughout the United States, with no minimum purchase.
When will my order arrive?
Processing takes 1–2 business days and transit takes 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days from the first processing day. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
What is the order cutoff?
The cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days. Orders placed later begin processing on the next business day.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes, before shipment. Contact customer service promptly. Address and order changes can be completed only before the order ships.
What is the return window?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. After authorization, send the item back within 14 calendar days using the instructions and prepaid label we provide.
Do you accept non-defective returns?
Yes. We accept both defective and non-defective products under our Return and Refund Policy.
Is original packaging required?
No. Original packaging is not required. Return all included parts and use packaging that protects the product during return shipping.
Who pays return or exchange shipping?
CYCLING GEAR HUB LLC pays approved return and exchange shipping costs. There is no restocking fee.
Can I exchange an item directly?
Yes. Request a direct exchange within the 30-day return window. We will provide return instructions and arrange the replacement after approval.
How long does a refund take?
After the returned product is received and inspected, we process an approved refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may then require an additional 3–10 business days to post it.

Are accessories shown in scene images included?
Only the items expressly listed under “What’s Included” or equivalent product-page wording are included. Bicycles, tools, bottles, apparel, electronics, and other scene accessories are not included unless expressly stated.
