These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from Cycling Gear Hubs, operated by CYCLING GEAR HUB LLC. They should be read with our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
Products and Included Contents
Product pages describe materials, dimensions, features, compatibility, and included contents. Scene images may display bicycles, tools, bottles, apparel, electronics, or other accessories for context; those accessories are not included unless the product page expressly says they are included.
Prices, Taxes, and Shipping
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and do not include a promotional price unless one is clearly shown at the time of purchase. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Standard shipping throughout the United States is free.
Placing and Accepting an Order
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. The sale is accepted when we confirm shipment. If a product becomes unavailable or an order contains a material pricing or description error, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction, alternative, or full refund.
Payment
You authorize the charge shown at checkout using your selected payment method. CYCLING GEAR HUB LLC is the merchant responsible for the transaction and for customer support relating to the order.
Order Cutoff, Processing, and Delivery
The cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days. Processing takes 1–2 business days, transit takes 3–5 business days, and total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days from the first processing day. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Cancellations and Changes
You may request cancellation before shipment. Address and other order changes must be requested through customer service and can be completed only before shipment.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
You may request a return or direct exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery for defective or non-defective products. After authorization, the product must be sent back within 14 calendar days. Original packaging is not required. There is no restocking fee, and CYCLING GEAR HUB LLC pays approved return and exchange shipping costs.
After the returned product is received and inspected, we process an approved refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require an additional 3–10 business days to post it. Full instructions appear in our Return and Refund Policy.
Applicable Law
Sales are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable United States federal law, while preserving consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under the law of your state.
